The work of Romanian photographer Adrian Lazăr turns up as a colourful and sometimes dreamy world. His work is multifaceted and difficult to define: vintage imagery, fashion photography, portraiture and soft erotica, captured as if from a half-forgotten dream. Adrian gives contemplative attention to the elements of color and contrast, through shadow and tone. In some of the selected images that follow, a fashion editorial for Masquenada, a duality is present: under the ‚move bitch’ message on the t-shirt sits a confidently-posing model, capturing imagery that says is ‚free to interpretation’.
