Known for fusing rebellion with precision and turning chaos into art, The Bloody Beetroots, the brainchild of Italian producer Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo, returns with a fierce new single titled ‘Clever,’ featuring the UK punk / grime powerhouse PENGSHUi. This release marks the final single before the arrival of his long-awaited EP, “Forever Part One,” set to drop on October 3rd, 2025.
Blending raw punk energy with grime grit and high-octane electronic production, ‘Clever’ showcases The Bloody Beetroots at their most visceral and unapologetic. It’s a bold continuation of Rifo’s genre-defying vision, one rooted in chaos, control, and his undying love for punk rock and comics.
Since first unleashing The Bloody Beetroots in 2006, Rifo has carved out a unique space at the intersection of classical composition, electronic music, and rebellious rock. His breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed debut album “Romborama” (2009), which featured the iconic ‘Warp 1.9’ in collaboration with Steve Aoki, a track that became a global electro-punk anthem. He followed it up with “Hide” (2013), a more expansive, crossover LP that brought rock royalty like Paul McCartney and Tommy Lee into the fold.
In 2017, “The Great Electronic Swindle” pushed boundaries further with guest appearances from Perry Farrell, Jet, Gallows, and Deap Vally, reaffirming Rifo’s status as a pioneer in the fusion of rock and electronic music.
The journey continued with 2019’s “Heavy” EP (featuring Zhu and Dr. Fresch) and 2021’s “The Catastrophists” (a collaboration with Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello), both of which pushed his sound into darker, more cinematic territory.

Beyond the studio, The Bloody Beetroots has made a lasting impact across pop culture — with music featured in blockbuster games such as FIFA, Need for Speed, Madden NFL, MXGP Pro, Asphalt, and UFC, as well as ad campaigns from BMW, Fiat, Lancôme, Ducati, and more.
On stage, Rifo has brought his explosive live performances to iconic festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Primavera, Pinkpop, and Fuji Rock, cementing his reputation as one of the most dynamic performers in the global electronic scene.
With “Clever” closing out the prelude to “Forever Part One,” The Bloody Beetroots are once again ready to redefine what electronic music can sound, and feel, like.
