Andreea Dorobăț is a talented Romanian photographer who creates deeply touching visual stories. Her works often throw the characters into an obscure world, somewhere on the border between reality and imagined. An inner struggle that sits in front of the artist’s camera lens like pages from some sort of forgotten book.

She’s on a quest to seek her true identity, yet what she discovers are some eerie distorted visions. Sinking into the dark, feral side of her inner self, she comes to the sudden revelation that there can be no revelation as the depths of one’s islands can be obscure and utterly unfathomable.
