The organizers of the Rock la Mureș festival, scheduled for July 10–11 at its traditional location on the banks of the Mureș River, at Periam Port in Timiș County, announce a new wave of artists joining the already confirmed lineup. The announcement includes four bands from different sonic areas, selected to reflect the spirit and musical diversity of the festival.

The Australian band The Cloverhearts joins the Rock la Mureș lineup with a Celtic-punk set inspired by Gaelic traditions and legends. Led by Sam Cooper, the band has accumulated millions of streams on digital platforms and delivers a sound that blends melodic punk rock with traditional instruments such as the bagpipes and the Irish tin whistle.

Throughout their career, The Cloverhearts have shared the stage with important names in the genre, including The Mahones, Flogging Molly, Ferocious Dog, Zebrahead, and Booze & Glory, quickly establishing their presence on the international scene.

Next, Odpisani, a hardcore-punk band from Slovenia formed in 1995, stands among the well-known names of the Eastern European scene of the genre. Over the years, they have played numerous festivals and tours across several European countries and have shared the stage with bands such as Faith No More, The Exploited, ProPain, and The Lurkers.

Also on the bill are BMC (Brigada Muzicală Contemporană), an urban music crew from Bucharest, formed in 2017, known for blending rap, electro, and metal influences. The project currently brings together Fratele Lu Chan, Breloc, and Dilimanjaro.

At Rock la Mureș, they will perform in an expanded live format, alongside Mihai Duta (drums), Lucian Graur (guitar), and Silviu Ruta (bass), delivering a set that includes rapcore, hardcore, and alternative reinterpretations. The audience can expect an energetic show, with influences reminiscent of names such as Cypress Hill, Public Enemy, and Rage Against the Machine.

The series is completed by Raskolnikov, a post-punk and alternative rock band formed in 2015. Their music creates a hypnotic and melancholic sonic universe, supported by existentialist lyrics about search, fragility, and meaning. The atmosphere of their songs is built from coldwave influences, post-punk energy, and shoegaze melodic density, resulting in an intense and immersive sonic experience.

For over 20 years, Rock la Mureș has been more than a festival; it is a community where music is experienced directly, in a natural setting that turns Periam Port into a summer refuge. The 2026 edition continues this direction, with a lineup built around live energy and sonic diversity.

In addition to concerts, this year’s edition will include workshops, creative spaces, relaxation areas, and outdoor activities, initiatives dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, prevention and awareness campaigns, environmental clean-up projects, and gatherings meant to leave something behind, ideas, dialogue, and a sense of well-being.

Rock la Mureș thus continues its mission: good music, authentic people, and an experience that stays with you.
