The organizers of Rock la Mureș Festival announce new confirmed acts for this year’s edition, taking place on July 10 – 11 at Periam Port, in Timiș County, Romania. The lineup is expanding with two relevant names from the European alternative scene: Swiss band Lone Assembly and +SHE+, the project created by multidisciplinary artist Corina Sucarov.

Hailing from Switzerland, Lone Assembly delivers a sound that blends melancholic post-punk with new wave aesthetics and touches of romantic synthpop. The quartet gained international attention with their debut EP “That Never Happened” (2024), a tightly crafted release built around heavy themes such as unresolved grief and emotional fragility, shaped through carefully polished modern production.

In 2026, the band continued to develop their artistic direction with the album “Knots & Chains”, released in February, exploring subjects such as rejection, emotional detachment, and inner insecurity. Sonically, Lone Assembly stands out through thunderous basslines and hypnotic rhythms, layered with reverb-drenched guitars and atmospheric synths, all supporting Raphaël’s deep and intense vocals, which become a central element in shaping a tense, cinematic sonic identity.

Alongside Lone Assembly, the organizers also confirm the presence of +SHE+, a bold and deeply personal musical expression of artist Corina Sucarov, known for her complex creative background and constant involvement in the visual and performative arts.

Through +SHE+, Corina shapes a darkwave/post-punk universe rarely seen in Romania at this level of artistic coherence, bringing to the forefront an aesthetic that until recently was considered largely underground.

+SHE+ remains one of the artist’s most recognizable signatures, defined by the emotional intensity infused into every release. The project’s live shows are designed as fully immersive experiences, where music is amplified through stage movement, dance, and cinematic performance elements, drawing the audience into a powerful atmosphere built with strong attention to detail and a commanding live presence.

With a history spanning more than two decades, Rock la Mureș has established itself as a landmark of the alternative scene, growing beyond the format of a traditional festival into an active community where music is experienced up close, with no distance between artist and audience. The natural setting of Periam Port plays a defining role in the festival’s identity, turning each edition into a meeting point for those seeking freedom, live energy, and an authentic atmosphere.

The Rock la Mureș 2026 edition continues in this direction and offers an expanded program which, alongside concerts, will include workshops, creative spaces, chill-out areas, outdoor activities, initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle, prevention and awareness campaigns, eco-cleanup projects, and gatherings designed to leave behind more than memories: ideas, dialogue, and genuine well-being.
