Mark Oliferov a.k.a. MadnessBrains is an artist, director, and designer based in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation. With vast experience in creating animations, editing, and other graphic solutions, he manages to create photographs that have their own special style, they are a kind of emotional and lively paintings.

My goal is to create a picture in which there is a moment, and a story, and a whole composition, and an original creative solution – one that is interesting to look at not only for the shooting participant but also for other people; one where you want to think out and empathize.

I like to reveal in photographs the character and feelings of people – to catch that very sincere moment, whether it be joy or sadness or even indifference; create pictures with mood and atmosphere, which after some time will make you plunge into memories again, experience moments of strong feelings, give you the opportunity with surprise and, perhaps, get to know yourself and people close to you in a new way.
