Awe Inspired heads into darker territory for Fall 2026 with “Nocturne”, a collection built around mythology, transformation and women whose stories have survived precisely because they refused to stay fixed.

Starring Vivian Jenna Wilson, the campaign unfolds across three chapters, each centred on a different mythological figure: Inanna or Ishtar, Persephone and Medusa. Wilson inhabits all three, moving through a narrative that shifts from sovereignty to descent, survival and resistance.

The collection follows “Spellbound”, Awe Inspired’s brighter summer chapter, by changing the temperature completely. “Nocturne” draws from ancient mythology, Victorian jewellery and gothic imagery, looking at stories that have accumulated new meanings every time they are retold. Inanna becomes a figure of authority and desire. Persephone brings questions of descent, return and transformation. Medusa arrives with perhaps the most complicated history of all, her image moving from monster and warning sign toward a symbol of protection, survival and feminine defiance.

The first chapter, “Sovereign”, takes its cues from Inanna, the Mesopotamian goddess associated with both love and war. Beauty and desire sit beside command, giving the jewellery an assertive quality without stripping away its sensual side.

“Underworld” follows Persephone into the space between departure and return. Her descent becomes a story about what changes when someone enters darkness and comes back carrying a different understanding of themselves.

The final chapter, “Gorgon”, turns to Medusa. Awe Inspired approaches her less as a creature to be feared than as a figure whose story has been repeatedly rewritten. The snake-haired monster becomes a language for protection, endurance and refusing to be made vulnerable twice.

Wilson connects the three chapters. Her role arrives at an important point in a rapidly developing fashion career. After making her New York Fashion Week debut in 2025, she walked for Gucci and Alexander McQueen and appeared in a Savage X Fenty campaign. “Nocturne” gives her a much larger narrative space, requiring her to move between three identities while keeping the campaign tied to a single question: what happens to femininity when its symbols are reclaimed?

The jewellery takes another route into the past. Victorian references run through the collection, particularly the era’s fascination with objects that could carry private meanings beneath highly structured clothing. Serpents, mourning imagery, talismans and small containers become starting points for pieces that feel connected to personal rituals rather than simple decoration.

That idea extends into a new group of functional objects. Victorian-inspired pill boxes, potion vials, watch keys and chatelaine-style hair pins bring practical elements into the jewellery vocabulary. They can hold something, conceal something or perform a small task, recalling a time when wearable objects often had lives of their own beyond ornament.

Awe Inspired also expands its collector system with the Multi Chain 3-Charm Collector Necklace and Hand Charm Collector Link Pendant. New additions to the brand’s slider bead programme allow pieces to be combined, rearranged and layered, giving the wearer more control over how the collection accumulates over time.

“Nocturne” is now available through Awe Inspired, with further chapters set to arrive throughout Fall 2026.
