Anna Kotlyarova is a Russian photographer based in Voronezh. Her photos play with a series of inner states which creates that atmosphere that you maybe meet sometimes in those vintage films with and about decadent writers and their mistresses. The way she works with the light and the settings behind the photographic gesture can surprise you in the deepest ways. There are a series of layers that shelter under their transparency a sensitive world and a careful approach to the creative act.
