What a gem I came across the other day, Li Hui’s photography. She is a Chinese artist based in Beijing who uses a Single Lens Reflex camera in order to share such powerful emotions and goosebumps. What I found to be the most interesting thing about Li is that she doesn’t stand for picture of faces, she pretty much enjoys the mystery behind a person. You’ll notice this while seeing her photos.
Li’s photos are quite emotional, she simply amazes you with that “flashlight with a mind of its own”. You’ll be blind by these splendors, conceptual images, a perfect mix of purity and intimacy.
To others, I may seem to be lost in my own world, but to me, this world is full of infinite possibilities. Maybe that’s what I want to say, every shape around you can appear in a different light, depending on how you look at it.
