I figure it out from a while ago that I wanted to write about Geo Barcan, but I guess I was waiting for the right moment to do so. After a pretty suck and boring day at work, Geo’s photos are the perfect way to get through this day. So, where should I start? I know her only on Facebook, like most of us do, and she kinda amazed every time.
It’s not just about the emotions and feelings she expresses, but her way to discover the surreal in our everyday lives. Lucid and clear, these photos are the greatest desire to remember every single memorable moment from enthusiasm to nostalgia. I reckon the tiny details tend to manipulate my brain and send thrills to my synapses, just in order to reinvent my soul. While studying Film and Drama at University of Kent, UK, she enjoys pretty much everything about writing, theater and photography.
Her projects rock. Is simple always better? Yeah, it is. These photographs can be read in numerous ways, although each one of them tell individual story; it’s definitely worth it to take a look at other of her works. Figure it out yourself.
