Fanny is one of those artist whose career and life continues to inspire. She discovered photography at 14, and begins with his little brother as a model. Passionate by nature, Fanny already showed us that insects and other creatures are part of her life.
“I’ve always been interested in people. I remember me choosing my best friend at school because she had such an interesting and special face… I’ve always loved strange faces. That’s why I started photographing people, first from my family, then from my friends.”
Photographer for ELLE, VOGUE, Wonderland, she realized in 2013 the video La Peau Dure d’Etienne Daho, in which we discover all of her favourite references: innocence, rebellion and pretty boys. Her careful combination of models and the places that are neither urban nor fairytale dreamworlds, explains exactly why the super young photographer and model has already been published in such magazines.
”I love people and I love cinema. Since the beginning I have always been wondering which characters my models could play, as if they were in some kind of imaginary movie. I love to dramatize them beyond their interesting faces. I want to create meaningful stories with them.”
